Statement of Liability Submitting to Feher Color Lab any tangible or electronic media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide or negative for any purpose, such as processing, printing, duplication, alteration, enlargement, storage, transmission, or other handling, constitutes an AGREEMENT that any loss or damage to it by our company, subsidiary or agents, even though by our negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to a replacement with an equivalent quantity/size of unexposed photographic film or electronic media, and processing of the replacement media. Except for such replacement, our acceptance of the media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide or negative is without other liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. No express or implied warranty is provided.
Terms and Conditions All orders are delivered prepaid or COD. We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We do not offer open accounts. There will be a service charge of $35.00 for any check returned because of insufficient funds. All debts must be resolved before any order will be available for delivery. A deposit may be required for certain orders. Feher Color Lab will ship using the least expensive carrier. Normal shipping and handling charges are $2.95 to $9.95 per package. Express and Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. Quotes are available upon request. Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax of 6% will be added to all orders shipped to an address in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Customers who posses a valid Sales Tax Exemption number must complete PA Tax Exempt Form Rev-1220 and mail it to us. You will be charged Sales Tax until we receive Form Rev-1220.
